Multi-Purpose Exterior / Interior Cool Coating

The breakthrough Hyperglass formula has been shown to dramatically decrease surface temperatures. Used on roofs it can decrease the cost of cooling your home by up to 50%. Combined with Hyperflex Primer it provides durable, flexible protection that may increase the life of your cool roof or patio by over 10 years! Hyperglass is a non-solvent, non-toxic, elastomeric coating that is specially formulated with high quality glass microspheres. The infusion of microspheres nearly doubles the reflective properties, as well as making the coating extremely durable, water resistant, and lighter than regular paints.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be clean, dry and free of any foreign matter. A wash with tri-sodium phosphate solution followed by rinsing with water is recommended. Surface must be dry before proceeding.

MATERIAL PREPARATION
Thin up to 15% as needed with water.

APPLICATION
Hyperglass Cool Top Coat may be applied with a roller sprayer, trowel or brush. Use the largest tip compatible with pump when spraying. Mix thoroughly.

COVERAGE & DRY TIME
Coverage varies depending on surface and porosity. One gallon will cover approximately 150 square feet with 5 mils (.005 inches) of coating (depending on surface irregularities). Dries to touch in 4-6 hours. Cures in approximately 24 hours. For use on roofs, second coat of Hyperglass Roof Top Coat is recommended.

CLEAN-UP
Clean-up equipment, tools and spills promptly with warm, soapy water.

STORAGE
Sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, Hyperglass can be re-used again and again. For best results, store upside down. NOTICE! Do not apply if surface or air temperature is below 50 degrees, or if rain is expected before dry time. Damp or humid conditions will slow dry time. KEEP FROM FREEZING.
