Description

Rubber Pool Coating

The breakthrough Hyperflex formula contains recycled rubber and glass that creates a waterproof and incredibly durable surface. Unlike traditional pool coatings, Hyperflex fills gaps and coats evenly over joints, seams, fixtures and other weak areas. Plus, the flexibility of rubber makes Hyperflex Pool coating extremely resistant to swelling and shrinking due to seasonal temperature changes. Hyperflex is intended to be applied in combination with a top coat of Hyperglass Cool Top Coat.

Better Products That Make a Better World.
Hyperflex is both eco-friendly and energy efficient. Made from non-toxic, non-carcinogenic materials, our coating will not create toxic run-off or leech into pool water. Plus, the added insulation of rubber and glass will help keep in heat in the winter and reflect sunlight in the summer.
Use this product with Hyperglass Cool Top Coat!

RECYCLED MATERIAL
Hyperflex contains a significant amount of both recycled rubber and recycled glass.

SURFACE PREPARATION - Surface must be clean, dry and free of any foreign matter. A wash with tri-sodium phosphate solution followed by rinsing with water is recommended. Surface must be dry before proceeding. Smooth marble surfaces must be etched prior to coating. Fiberglass and plastic coated hot tubs should be scored with sand paper or acetone. MATERIAL PREPARATION - Thin up to 15% as needed with water. APPLICATION - Hyperflex must be used in combination with Hyperglass Cool Top Coat. Hyperflex may be applied with a roller, sprayer, trowel or brush. Use the largest tip compatible with pump when spraying. Mix thoroughly. Allow 4-6 hours drying time before applying Hyperglass Cool Top Coat. COVERAGE & DRY TIME - Coverage varies depending on surface and porosity. One gallon of paint will cover approximately 33 square feet with 25 mils (.025 inches) of coating. Wait 4-6 hours before applying Hyperglass Cool Top Coat. Cures in approximately 24 hours. CLEAN-UP - Clean-up equipment, tools and spills promptly with warm, soapy water. NOTICE! Do not apply if surface or air temperature is below 50 degrees, or if rain is expected before dry time. Damp or humid conditions will slow dry time. KEEP FROM FREEZING.
