GENERAL PURPOSE
Indoor/Outdoor, household or construction, Hyperflex® Multipurpose Caulk is the all-around solution for fixing cracks and holes in wood, concrete, metal, brick, tile, plastic, and more. It is non-toxic, flexible & water-resistant. Strong enough for large construction projects, easy enough for household use.
ECO-TUFF
With such a high content of recycled rubber Hyperflex® Multipurpose Caulk is able to go above and beyond what has been thought possible before with acrylic-based caulks. The rubber makes the caulk extremely resistant to environmental damages such as hot & cold weather and UV rays. No other acrylic caulk can say that. It is tougher than toxic crack fillers and safe for the environment.
Hyperflex Multipurpose Caulk comes in 3 different grades:
The wider the crack the more rubber it takes to fill the crack. Therefore you will want to choose the grade according to your particular application.
Finish - For smoother surfaces and cracks smaller than 1/8 inch wide.
Medium -For cracks wider than 1/8 inch and no wider than 1/4 inch. Not to be used on smooth finished surfaces.
Expansion Joint -Very coarse finish, should be used on rough surfaces and on cracks no smaller than 1/2 inch wide.
For ALL grades: if the crack is deeper than 1/2 inch the caulk should be applied in layers. Do not apply the second layer until the first layer becomes hard.
